Competition and Antitrust Law
Besides offering consultancy services to clients in managing competition compliance processes of enterprises with the Code on the Protection of Competition, relevant regulations, communiqués and guides and decisions of the Competition Board as stipulated in order to protect the competitive economic structure that aims at maintaining the expected utility from the market in our country, our firm offers defense and representation services before the competent authorities during preliminary research and investigation processes or on-site inspections that may take place in case of violation of competition claims pertaining to agreements limiting competition and/or abuse of dominant position in the market.

In addition, our firm offers representation services for filing complaints, representing the enterprises in case of violation of competition, and preparing notification forms for mergers and acquisitions, and filing applications for exemption on an individual or a group level. Our firm offers consultancy and training activities on matters such as the best price guarantee, terms of exclusivity, compliance of distribution contracts with the competition law. In all agreements and practices that may be governed by the competition law, our priority is to seek balance between the goals and interests of our clients and the response by competition authorities or risks of third-party damage claims.
