Within this context, the scope of our services includes executing the necessary legal procedure in any case of unfair competition and especially struggling against the comments and practices of the competitors or third parties’ constituting disparagement and defamation, pursuing legal proceedings against the competitors who attempt to gain advantage in competition through misleading advertisements and practices, struggling against counterfeiting, taking the necessary legal steps in case of solicitation of the customers, suppliers or the employees by the competitors, stopping unlawfulness as a result of disclosure or obtaining trade secrets or other confidential and important information by the competitors, taking the necessary actions if an existing contractual relationship is terminated as a result of manipulation by the competitors or third persons and offering specialized services to prevent relevant actions in cases, where a competitor fails to observe the rules of business life applicable for them as for others and thus gains a cost advantage in an attempt to get ahead in competition.

Although our firm intends to prevent such acts, relying on its experience it also offers legal services to ensure that any ongoing act is stopped, and any circumstance arising out of unfair competition is restituted and compensated.

On the other hand and more importantly, our firm also offers consultancy services in order to ensure whether an intended contract or a planned business practice constitutes unfair competition or not, to prevent possible unlawfulness, to ensure if the Unfair Competition Law is duly observed or not in case of employment through transfer of staff, to prepare any distribution agreement, especially with the vendors or distributors, or to make certain whether the prepared contracts are in compliance with the Unfair Competition Law or not, whether the advertisements and business practices are in compliance with the law or not, and in the case of sale campaigns, to address whether the conditions of such campaigns are in compliance with the principles of unfair competition or not, in a manner allowing the clients to save time and money that they might have to spend for a possible case in the future.
