Atty. Yeşim AKER, PhD
Yeşim AKER, PhD, graduated from Marmara University Faculty of Law in 2002. She graduated from Department of Private Law at Marmara University Institute of Social Sciences with her master's thesis in Commercial Law titled "Withdrawal of Cheque and Prohibition of Disbursement" in 2006. Meanwhile, she completed his law internship. She graduated from Department of Private Law at Istanbul University Institute of Social Sciences with her doctoral thesis in Intellectual Property Law titled "Legal Remedies That Can Be Taken Against the Decisions by the Turkish Patent and Trademark Office in the Trademark Registration Process" in 2020.
