Sara Pekdinçer, graduated from Marmara University Faculty of Law in 2000 and completed Contemporary Management Techniques Specialization Programme which is a common PreMBA programme of Marmara Contemporary Sciences Foundation and Maine University.
Following registration to Ä°stanbul Bar Association in 2001, she worked in Ernst&Young Turkey and in a Law Office which was separated from EY Turkey due to the regulations in the United States, studied with both domestic and foreign clients mainly on Labor Law, Commercial Law, Consumer Law and took part in many important projects such as Due Diligence, Merger&Acquisitions, demergers and restructuring.

By year of 2005 she began to work as in-house lawyer and worked in leading companies, executed acquisition and finance projects also post acqusition reorganization procedures.

Sara Pekdinçer provides legal consultancy and advocacy services about Labor Law, Contracts, Commercial Law, Energy Law, Execution and Bankruptacy Law with many years’ experiences of in-house advocacy and legal affairs management by year of 2022.

Sara Pekdinçer is also a trademark attorney registered before the Turkish Patent and Trademark Office. and mediator..
She provides consultancy and advocacy services in Turkish and English.
