Ilke Solakoğlu graduated from Sorbonne Law School (Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne University) in 2018 and completed a Master's program in Legal History at the same institution in 2020, with a thesis titled "Eurocontrol: The First Attempt at Supranationaliy in Air Traffic Control (1958-1966)." He completed additional courses required for diploma equivalency in 2023 at Galatasaray University.

Throughout his previous internships, Ilke Solakoğlu took part in contractual and legal compliance operations in both Turkish and English, serving various corporate and startup clients in the fields of Corporate Law, Commercial Law, Data Protection, E-Commerce, Virtual Assets, Fiscal Optimization and Labor Law. He also handled a limited number of civil and criminal dispute resolution proceedings and played an active role in business development processes related internal operations and corporate identity.
