Cem Poyraz Özbay graduated from Istanbul Saint-Joseph Private Highschool in 2021 and obtained his undergraduate degree in law from Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne University. He currently attends classes at the Faculty of Law at Galatasaray University for the obtention of an equivalence certificate. 

 

He interned in the metallurgy branch of the Force Ouvrière labour union in France. This experience allowed him to participate in collective bargaining and election processes in labor law. 

 

He has been working as an intern at Pekdinçer Law Firm since September 2025, and is able to provide services in Turkish, French, and English.
