Emin Furkan Er was enrolled at Bahçeşehir University Faculty of Law with a full scholarship in 2017. As part of the Erasmus+study program, which he participated in the spring semester of the 2020/2021 academic year, he studied at the Faculty of Law of Bialystok University, Poland, for 5 months and successfully completed the program. In the last year of his bachelor degree Furkan started working as a volunteer intern at our Office in 2022 and he has worked and researched in many areas of law, especially in the fields of Intellectual Property Law and Information Technology Law, since the date he joined our Office. As of 2023, he received his attorney license and started to provide legal services. Furkan, who is also studying in the Master of Laws (LL.M) in Intellectual Property with thesis in Ankara University carried out in collaboration with WIPO-TÜRKPATENT-Ankara University, also takes part as a research student in the Metaverse: Intellectual Property Law Analysis project numbered 123K406, carried out under the TÜBİTAK 1001 program.
