Starting his academic career as a research assistant at the Marmara University Faculty of Law, with Major in Commercial Law in 1990, R. Tamer Pekdinçer, J.S.D. became a lecturer in Commercial Law-Intellectual Property Law at the same university in 2002 and concluded his academic career with such title in 2016. 

 

As our founding partner, Adv. R. Tamer Pekdinçer, J.S.D. continues his intensive academic research as well as practice in fields of Commercial Law, Corporate Law, Negotiable Instruments Law and Competition Law, along with a special focus on Intellectual and Industrial Property Law, Trademark Law, Art and Copyright Law, Unfair Competition Law and Media and Advertising Law.
